How to tell you are burned out
Burnout creeps up slowly. First you just get more tired than usual, then weekends stop helping, and work that used to bring joy starts to irritate you. Many people live like this for years and think it is normal.
The test helps you look at yourself from the outside: it measures three sides of burnout and shows which one suffers most.
The three sides of burnout
- Exhaustion. No energy for work or life; rest does not restore it.
- Detachment. People irritate you, you stop caring, you run on autopilot.
- Reduced effectiveness. Hard to focus, more mistakes, a feeling that your work is pointless.
How to read the result
| Score | Level | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 0–34 | Low | Protect what helps you recover |
| 35–54 | Moderate | Review your workload before fatigue builds up |
| 55–74 | High | Change your routine or conditions; if it lasts, see a professional |
| 75–100 | Very high | Cut your workload and see a psychologist or doctor |
Cut-offs are preliminary: we refine them using anonymous results as more people take the test.
