Tests for business: understand a candidate before day one

An employer dashboard is coming soon: send a candidate a link and get a clear report on how to work with them.

What the candidate report will include

  • How to communicate with them. In person or in writing, directly or gently, how to give feedback and criticism.
  • How to manage them. Whether they need deadlines and check-ins or just a goal, and how they handle rush periods and change.
  • Which roles suit them. Where their traits become strengths: working with people, accuracy and order, leadership, new challenges.
  • Risks. Where friction with the team or manager is possible and how to prevent it.
  • What motivates them. Money, recognition, stability, growth, freedom, team, influence or meaning.

What it is based on

The report is built on the Character map, a Big Five personality test. The Big Five is the most researched model of personality, and its traits are consistently linked to job performance. The test has built-in checks, so attempts to “answer the right way” show up in the report.

How it will work

  1. You create an invitation in your company dashboard.
  2. The candidate takes the test via the link in about 13 minutes and agrees to share the result with you.
  3. You receive a manager report and can compare the candidate with the role requirements.

Want early access? Take the Character map yourself and see how accurately it describes you.
